Jeff Gilmore has been involved with renewable energy and efficiency projects since installing his own home photovoltaic (PV) system in 1995.  At Ecovillage, he spearheaded the installation of photovoltaic panels on multiple buildings and developed a 48 Kw ground-mount array to serve the Frog Neighborhood.  More recently he has been helping to develop infrastructure for EV car charging, with the goal of 100% availability for Ecovillage residents.  Jeff and his wife Kristen and their 3 sons moved to Ithaca Ecovillage in 2007 from the SF Bay Area.
