Take a Tour of the EcoVillage

Explore the EcoVillage with a resident to learn about green building, alternative energy, food and farming, land conservation, and community life.


FREE Public Tour - last Saturday of each month (resume January 25, 2025)

We offer a free tour on the last Saturday of each month (except November and December), from 3:00-5:00 pm, leaving from the Frog Common House.

Please note: Free public tours are not intended for groups. If your group would like a tour, please contact us about scheduling a Large Group Tour.

Childcare may be available (not guaranteed) with an EcoVillage family. Please let us know the number and ages of your children if you would like us to request a play date during the tour with a resident family.

Private Individual & Small Group Tours

Upcoming Tour dates: January 15th at 3 pm & February 3rd at 10 am

Additional tour dates may be coordinated with at least two weeks advance notice.

This introduction to the EcoVillage is geared toward people interested in learning more about our cohousing + ecovillage model for sustainable, community living and/or potentially becoming a resident. The tour includes a 1.5 - 2 hour walk through our 3 neighborhoods, visiting a farm, learning about cohousing, passive solar building design, community gardens, and more. Max of 5 people. Tours are primarily outdoors.

Pricing: Price for a single individual is $30. For groups of 2-5, the price increases by $25 for each additional individual (eg 2-person tour is $55). Student discounts available with .edu email. Children 12 and under join for free.

Private Educational and Large Group Tours (6+ people)

This private tour for groups of 6 people or more includes a 1.5 – 2 hour walk through our 3 neighborhoods, visiting a farm, learning about cohousing, passive solar building design, community gardens, and more. Tours are catered to interests of the group.

Pricing: The base price is $150 for a group of 6. This price increases by $20 for each additional individual (for example, a tour for 7 people is $170). Special pricing available for student groups. Children 12 and under join for free.
