Cultivating a Regenerative Life
“Regeneration means putting life at the center of every action and decision.”
- Paul Hawken, Regeneration: Ending the Climate Crisis in One Generation
Led by developmental psychologist and EcoVillage Ithaca resident, Kat Caldwell, we will learn how to create a life that is in deeper alignment with a more just and thriving world. In this 1.5-hour webinar, we will explore important individual-level changes we can make to contribute to a regenerative future for people and the planet. We will examine what scientists say are the most important changes to make in our lives, and choose those that most resonate. Then, we will commit to action steps that support the development of new habits. An online forum will be created for (optionally) following up and supporting one another in our commitments.
