Conscious Communication: A Roadmap for Connection

with Corirose Benitez Anjali

This 5-Week Foundations Course will give participants an understanding of the philosophy and practice of communicating through the lens of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).  We’ll practice tuning into the emotion and intentions under the information we share and explore the mechanics of compassion for ourselves and others as a Roadmap for Connection.

During this Foundations Course, we will learn and practice skills to:

  • Connect with and express not only our thoughts but our underlying feelings and values.

  • Tune into core needs and distinguish them from strategies for getting needs met.

  • Make clear and specific requests that will be more easily received by others.

This event will be rescheduled to a future date.
