Here to help you thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Our vision is a world in which people actively care for each other and the planet.

We provide transformative learning experiences for growing healthy, just, and sustainable communities both locally and globally.  Thrive draws from a variety of practical and visionary resources, especially the living, learning community of Ecovillage at Ithaca, a decades-old model for sustainable living in New York State, which serves as our experiential classroom.

Ecovillage at Ithaca is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (Cayuga Nation).  The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of the six sovereign Nations with both a historic and contemporary presence on this land.  The Confederacy precedes Ecovillage at Ithaca, the Town of Ithaca, New York State, and the United States of America.  Thrive acknowledges the history of indigenous dispossession in this place where we live and work, and honors the connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands.   As an organization based around sustainable living and connection with nature and people, we acknowledge a responsibility to learn about this history and to engage in relationship building - this effort is ongoing and we welcome guidance and feedback along the way.

Learn more about our roots.

The co-housing model is perfect for what we need in this world, which is more connection.
